Raw mango drink or aam panna is a refreshing cooler for this hot summer for instant energy booster. I got this recipe from my best friend. I tried at my home and it was really very easy to make and can be stored in refrigerator for 15 days.
Ingredient
Raw mango - 3
Sugar - 1 cup
Salt - 2 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder and freshly
Fresh mint leaves
Black salt
Steps
1. There are actually two ways to have mango pulp. The way that makes me easy is to peel the raw mango first and then remove the pulp in a bowl and boil it till it becomes mushy. The other way is to boil raw mango and the peel the skin and remove the pulp.
2. Then take the boiled pulp in a blender jar. Add sugar and salt. In case you don't want sugar then replace it with 5-6 tbsp of jaggery.
3. Blend the ingredients until sugar gets fully dissolved.
4. The thick mixture you get can be kept in refrigerator for 15 days for making instant drinks.
5. To make a drink add 2-3 tbsp of thick mixture in a glass. Add roasted cumin powder and fresh mint leaves. Mix well. Sprinkle black salt if needed.
6. Serve chilled
